Hello!
This area was gutted. Residential Repair installed new flooring, custom metal stair railings, hardwood stair treads, and changed the door to a square rain glass. New hardware and a fabulous entry light finished it off.
What is this elephant in the room?
That structure between the family room and kitchen was a center bar with two hallways and closets blocking the kitchen. It all had to go. New cabinets, flooring, fireplace rock. What a huge transformation.
Office
Residential Repair vaulted the ceilings, added a tray ceiling in the entry, moved doors and enlarged windows. This is one of the featured homes.
Opened Up
This needed to be opened up. Access to the kitchen, and front living room was also changed
What a time warp!
Walls were moved, and every surface was updated. What a difference.
New Look!
Residential Repair opened the entry and removed all the different floorings. Updated colors and fixtures gave it a complete new look.

Is there a charge for the initial consultation?
Our first consultation is free. Many estimates are also free of charge. Large remodels that require plans to be drawn will have a fee.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, Residential Repair is licensed to do business in the state of Oklahoma and registered with the Secretary of State. Residential Repair carries company insurance and requires all specialty contractors to also carry insurance. Our General Liability Insurance is a $1,000,000.00 Policy.
