Help – This layout is awful

This hall bathroom had plenty of space but was poorly designed. The end shower was very small and wasted floor space. Residential Repair installed a new custom vanity, new tile and fixtures, and a tub / shower combination.

Can we steal some space?

The hall bath had extra wasted space and the primary bath was very cramped. Residential Repair moved the walls and added enough space for a walk in shower and double sinks.

Boring and washed out

This space worked but it was dated and blah. Residential Repair worked with patterned tile and custom cabinets to transform this space. Great lighting and a punch of color in the accents made a great transformation.

Dated and Boring

This bathroom featured wasted space; Residential Repair took some of it for the primary bath and some for a walk in shower.

Double the Size please

Residential Repair removed the wall between the vanity and toilet, shower. We took the closet on the left of the vanity and turned it into a large shower. Then increased the vanity size and made a separate water closet. Finally, we added a wall to take the vanity out of the bedroom. This gave a large primary bathroom in a 60’s house.

Just a face lift please

The layout was fine but our customer wanted a double sink and a large walk in shower. Residential Repair removed the tub, installed custom cabinets with two sinks and new tile. With new granite, faucets, and lighting, this bath was transformed.
