Residential Repair Inc. will provide licensed Electricians, Plumbers, and HAC Contractors. We also have cabinet makers, trim carpenters, framers, painters, and sheetrock crews. Your project will have a supervisor that is hands-on and involved with your home remodeling project.

Is there a charge for the initial consultation?
Our first consultation is free. Many estimates are also free of charge. Large remodels that require plans to be drawn will have a fee.
Is the Estimate a fixed price so there won’t be surprises in the cost?
Yes, Residential Repair gives a set price in our contract for the project, and it is listed with what is included in that price. If the customer wants to add or change something, the price is disclosed and an additional contract is added. Some items will state the material is to be added to the invoice. This is usually things like tile, since the owner has not selected it yet. When this occurs, the estimate will clearly state what items will add additional expenses.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, Residential Repair is licensed to do business in the state of Oklahoma and registered with the Secretary of State. Residential Repair carries company insurance and requires all specialty contractors to also carry insurance. Our General Liability Insurance is a $1,000,000.00 Policy.
