Remodels

Residential Repair offers updating, light remodels, and complete re-builds to obtain the look you want, and the price you want to spend.

Updating

This is for the budget minded customer. Residential Repair has been helping homeowners get the biggest bang for their buck for years; and we are good at it. Updating may include new paint, flooring, counters, and fixtures. These items will change the way a room looks for the least amount of money.

Light Remodel

Want to completely change the feel or flow of your home? Maybe move a door; open up a wall; vault a ceiling? How about installing custom built cabinets in a game room, theater room, or breakfast nook? We call this a light remodel and we can give you some great ideas.

Complete Re-Build

Don’t want to recognize the old home? We’ll gut the room to the studs and start from scratch! There is no limit as to what we can do.

This vintage bathroom from the 50’s just got a makeover. The tub was the only thing we didn’t touch! The brick pattern tile floor set on a diagonal added a nice touch. Call us for your bathroom update!

Impact damage where vehicle ran into a home. Residential Repair stabilized the impact, built a barrier wall, and re-built the front of the house.

Opened wall between living and kitchen. Installed new cabinets, tile flooring, appliances, and fixtures. This kitchen was done on a budget to sell the home.

AFTER

Installed new windows and doors, built a covered patio and tied it into existing roof. Installed new roof and exterior paint. This home sold quickly after the updating was completed.

AFTER

Exterior remodel included removal of upper deck and installation of covered patio with recessed lighting, built in sound, and pool equipment storage closet. Siding is concrete customized to look like cedar lap and gap siding.

Installed new insulation, custom siding, and new paint. This was a huge siding project as we cut each piece to give the illusion of “lap and gap” cedar siding. This is concrete fiber board.

Installed new front entrance and added front deck sitting area. Siding is concrete and deck is made with Trex.

BEFORE

AFTER

Installed covered front entry, new siding and trim. To add more “weight” to the one side, a large front patio was constructed.

We gutted this kitchen. The owners wanted all cabinets with drawers. Much of the design was left up to Jonathon and we think he knocked it out of the park. Features include custom cabinets, granite counters, new appliances, tile floor, and new lighting. We are now doing their master bathroom.

The nook area of this kitchen has new built in cabinets to match the new kitchen.

This is a new structural steel 60 foot carport with the traditional wood and shingle roof. It was made to look like the existing carports within the complex and have the strength to hold up to the next moving truck to run into it!

This staircase was damaged by a tornado. We rebuilt it using Trex decking. The owners love not worrying about splinters.

We removed the 80’s tile entry and installed hardwood floors.
