This vintage bathroom from the 50’s got a beauty makeover. When doing this bath remodeling job, the only thing we didn’t touch was the tub. However, the brick pattern tile floor set on a diagonal added a nice touch.

Here you can see the impact damage where a vehicle ran into the front of a home. Residential Repair stabilized the impacted area, built a barrier wall, and re-built the front of the house.

For this project, the wall between living and kitchen was opened up, as well as new cabinets, tile flooring, appliances, and fixtures installed. This kitchen remodel was done on a budget to sell the home.

Client was getting ready to sell their home. So we installed new windows and doors, built a covered patio and tied it into existing roof, installed new roof, and gave it a fresh coat of exterior paint. As a result, this home sold quickly!

This exterior home remodeling project included removal of upper deck and installation of covered patio with recessed lighting, built in sound, and pool equipment storage closet. The siding is concrete, customized to look like cedar lap and gap siding.

For this project, we installed new insulation, custom concrete fiber board siding, and added new paint.

This was a huge siding project as we cut each piece to give the illusion of “lap and gap” cedar siding.

New front entrance and front deck sitting area were added to this home. The siding that was installed is concrete and the deck was built using Trex Composite Decking.

To add more “weight” to the one side, a large front patio was constructed. We also installed covered front entry, new siding and trim.

The owners of this home wanted an all-new updated look for their kitchen. Above all, they wanted all cabinets with drawers. So, we gutted and completely remodeled their kitchen. The kitchen remodeling features we added include: custom cabinets, granite counters, new appliances, tile floor, and new lighting.

Much of the design was left up to Jonathon. In short, we think he knocked it out of the park!

The client was so happy with the kitchen remodeling. As a result, we are now doing their master bathroom! Check back later for pictures of the bathroom remodeling job.

New structural steel 60′ carport with traditional wood and shingle roof was installed. Was even made to look like the existing carports within the complex. And have the strength to hold up to the next moving truck to run into it!

This staircase was damaged by a tornado. We rebuilt it using Trex decking. The owners love not worrying about splinters.

Client wanted an updated look. Therefore, we removed the 80’s tile entry and installed new hardwood floors.

Client wanted to improve the look of their deck with synthetic wood look decking so we installed this decking with the hidden fastener system. What an improvement!
